Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to the amount of the online deposit (50$ for the full groom). The fee helps us cover the costs associated with holding your appointment. For shorter services, like tooth brushing, there is no deposit. At Maison Pawz, we want to make sure we provide the best service possible. We understand that changes can happen, and we appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
